The mission of the Bolinas Community group is to research and understand the National Park Service's decision to evict Mary Tiscornia from Rancho Baulines and reclaim the ranch as a park property. We propose to accomplish our mission through the following:

- Research the history of Rancho Baulines
- Research the history of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area
- Interview local residents regarding their position on the ranch
- Interview Ms. Tiscornia
- Interview Park Service officials
- Demonstrate the Park Service is not acting in the best interests of Bolinas

It is our belief that the National Park Service should allow Rancho Baulines to remain under Ms. Tiscornia's stewardship.
